FD1 Accounts Endpoint

Access to the accounts area, where an account is a chargeable entity that either owes you money, or has a prepay balance and you owe them. Accounts are well known entities such as commercial business or individuals. They are not prepay card records, where a card or voucher has a value and the holder of that is potentially unknown. Accounts generally will receive statements if you choose to send them.
