Fieldpine Reseller APIs

Fieldpine Resellers have access to additional FD1 endpoints to control and review their reseller network.

What is a Fieldpine Reseller?

A Fieldpine reseller bulk buys services from Fieldpine and resells them to end retailers. Requirements

  • Capable of providing end user support directly to your customer base. Fieldpine will not directly interact with your customers.
  • At least domain that you control and can set DNS records. Resellers use DNS to control certain aspects of their customer base.
  • If you are an existing retailer, there is no advantage to becoming a reseller to yourself
  • We prioritise all reseller interaction based on received revenue. We dont have levels or programs, we simply work through tasks favouring bigger spenders first.
  • Fieldpine invoice the reseller, not your customers. We provide sufficient detail for you to on charge by customer.
