Log of all staff login and failure activity

Note. This table should not be used for legal purposes. The presence of record indicates something definitely did occur, but records might be missing. Technically this is very unlikely, but will not withstand legal challenge when considered in isolation.

257	User was autologged in, via single sign on
259	User was autologged in, ignoring domain, via single sign on
261	User logged in after a need(teller) prompted for login credentials

267	User logged in after scanning an id barcode
