Excel Performance Improvements

Gds Versions after 11 Dec 2022 contain an experimental performance optimisation, that must be explicitly enabled. We expect it to be generally enabled in a future release.

This change instructs Gds to cache historic pinboards for extended periods, which can result in performance gains for certain Excel calculations. This version caches

• Sales.rawrevenue.xxx - (but not simply sales.rawrevenue, which has been superseded by sales.rawrevenue.xxx forms - we advise updating your spreadsheets )
• Department.sales.xxx.period

In all cases, the End-date parameter must be more than 90 days in the past. This ensures recent values that might still be manually editted are not cached.

Contact Fieldpine support if you wish to enable this extra caching. It can be disabled quickly (online) via a hidden setting change.
